Once we had completed the purchase of the property we commissioned the services of Alessandro Rizzi an architect recommended to us by Gemma (Gemma Immobiliare).
A couple of months post purchase we agreed the plans with the architect and then they were submitted to the local Comune for approval. Once the Comune had accepted the plans a building company was appointed (with the help of the architect) to carry out the renovation of the property.
Before the renovation started we made a video highlighting the general condition and layout of the house.
