Founded in 2001 by Gemma and Matteo, Gemma Immobiliare quickly became a benchmark for Lake Como real estate sales. Our office in Lenno, Tremezzina, places us in the heart of the western shore of Lario, steps away from historic villas and the lake’s most evocative vistas.

Gemma, co-founder of Gemma Immobiliare, was born and raised on the shores of Lake Como and knows every secret of the area. Since 2001, she has turned this passion into a bespoke international service, anticipating clients’ needs with determination and expertise. For her, work is not an obligation but the most authentic expression of life.

Matteo

Founder
Matteo, co-founder of Gemma Immobiliare, is an entrepreneur in the construction and renovation sector, running family-owned businesses based in Lenno. His extensive network of construction contacts across Lake Como enhances our services, offering turnkey solutions from design to completion.

Alina

Office Manager
For over seven years a pillar of our Lenno office, Alina combines fluency in Italian, English, and Russian with a deep understanding of the cultural needs of national and international clients. Thanks to her empathy and tailored approach, she ensures clear communication and solutions that align perfectly with each client’s expectations and requirements.

Mike

Head of UK Market
Originally from Manchester, Mike bought his first home on Lake Como with Gemma in 2000 and has since led the development of the English market. A former university lecturer, he brings strong communication and leadership skills to real estate. He describes himself as “half English, half Italian”—and we couldn’t agree more!
